Two Rémis, Two
At 30, with not much of a job, and too timid in love, Rémi is a little lost in life until the day from which he has to share it with his doppelgänger, another him. As the latter is more selfassured than the shy flaneur Rémi #1 and in the office simply more popular, he is about to phase the seeming original out of his own life. Which one is the real Rémi? The boss’s smart daughter whom the Rémis adore can’t be fooled, her choice is set even before the final showdown...
Pierre Léon’s wonderfully quirky comedy which gives our shadowy sides a bright spotlight, comes along light as a feather, but has some deep-touching truth on board.
Pierre Léon
was born 1959 in Moscow as the son of a Russian mother and a French father. He moved to Paris in 1975. There he directed his first films together with Mathieu Riboulet. He works for „Libération“ and the film magazine „Trafic“. He can be seen as an actor i.e. in Serge Bozon’s LA FRANCE (2007).
