Workshop for actors and directors - with jury member Sigrid Andersson

I selected the techniques and methods which I learned as an actress, director, coach and coach instructor and linked them to my experiences. Thereof I developed the Andersson-System - a sort of tool box for actors and directors with which they can achieve their work efficiently. The paradox of  accomplishing high precision while having freedom and authenticity at the same time, was my goal. In this workshop I will give you some sampling demonstrations that you can deploy straight away.
